Nigel Hawkes, president and founder of Hawkeye Traders, is a retired Certified Trading Advisor. He started trading in 1986, using methods based on Elliott, Gann, and other popular theorists. Nigel quickly understood the importance of volume in the markets, but he also realized that standard volume (the basis of most "volume" indicators) was not enough.
